Daft Punk’s album “Random Access Memories” excited me even before its release. Eight of the musicians the duo teamed up with on this record talked about their experiences and the unusual process in the interview series “The Collaborators.” Their stories triggered me to think about relating their insights to creative disciplines.
The talk featured ten concepts (in random order, of course) regarding the album’s making of and what we as designers can take away from it as inspiration for our next projects. As slides, I only used stills from the interview series to illustrate certain points, of which some are shown here.
